We want you to look and feel your best when purchasing from us. If the fit just isn't right, we are here to help. Reach out to us with 14 days of receiving and we will offer an exchange, refund or store credit.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item so we are able to process your return or exchange efficiently.


  • Damages or incorrect orders must be communicated within 7 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned
  • Returns for incorrect fit may be returned with 14 days for a full refund after that you have up to 30 days to return for store credit
  • All Returns must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with tags ATTACHED and a copy of the invoice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item has any odors (smoke, perfume, deodorant), animal hair, stains or any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage and you will be subject to additional shipping cost
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded on any returned items but we do offer free return shipping so you are at ease when shopping with us
  • Any orders purchased with store credit/gift card are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • We accept returns for refund to your original form of payment when postmarked 14 calendar days from the date you received your order in the original form of payment. If this is not possible a store credit will be issued.
  • All Sale Merchandise, Swimwear, Accessories, Home Décor & Intimates are not eligible for return
  • In order to initiate a return contact us at and we will process the return within 48 hours and an email will be sent with a return shipping label
  • Returns must be returned back in the original packaging in order to use the return shipping label (no exceptions)
  • Once the return has been processed you will receive an email notification
