ADDI & AINS PROMISE

We pride ourselves on customer service. We want you to look and feel your best when purchasing from us. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the damaged item so we are able to process your return or exchange efficiently. Please email us at addiandains@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue in a timely manner.

OUR RETURN POLICY

  • Damages or incorrect orders must be communicated within 5 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned
  • All Returns must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with tags ATTACHED and a copy of the invoice and return form filled out completely
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item has any odors (smoke, perfume, deodorant), animal hair, stains or any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage and you will be subject to additional shipping cost
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded on any returned items but we do offer free return shipping so you are at ease when shopping with us
  • Any orders purchased with store credit/gift card are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • We accept returns for refund to your original form of payment when postmarked 14 calendar days from the date you received your order in the original form of payment. If this is not possible a store credit will be issued.
  • All Sale Merchandise, Swimwear, Accessories, Home Décor & Intimates are not eligible for return
  • In order to initiate a return contact us at addiandains@gmail.com and we will process the return within 48 hours and email will be sent with a return shipping label
  • Returns must be returned back in the original packaging in order to use the return shipping label (no exceptions)
  • Once the return has been processed you will receive an email notification

SHIPPING POLICIES

  • We offer flat rate shipping of $6.95 and receive free shipping when you spend over $100.
  • Most orders are shipped using USPS (United States Postal Service) and can be tracked at usps.com. You will receive shipping confirmation via email and a tracking number.
  • Order placed on Friday will not be processed until Monday. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.
  • UPS Does not ship to P.O. Boxes so keep that in mind when placing large orders.

  • Review the status of your order by clicking on the My Account Link at the top of the page, where you sign in to your account to view order status and history.
